1. Pour 60ml of hot water (50°C) into a cup (you can heat it in a pan or microwave it for 20 seconds)
2. Add 3 level spoons of milk powder to the cup and stir until completely dissolved
3. Pour the milk into the bottle and cool to 30-35°C

First week: 7 times daily (3-6 mL each time)

Second week: 6 times daily (6-10 mL each time)

First week: 6 times daily (10-15 mL each time)

Second week: 5 times daily (20-40 mL each time)

Four to six weeks after birth: 3 times daily (60-80 mL per dose)
