Delivery Service

Delivery Service (Online Shopping)
Customers can enjoy free delivery service for any orders with spending of $480 or above ( not available for the Outlying Islands and areas that vans are restricted to access, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O) . Delivery charge applies on orders less than $480. The free delivery service only includes a one-time delivery. If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or unable to locate the recipient, the customer will be responsible for paying re-delivery costs .

Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.

All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Pet Line reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products requested are unavailable.

Delivery cut-off time: Weekdays 16:00

Delivery Schedule

There are two delivery periods as option, they are 12:00-17:00 and 18:00-22:00. Except above period, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot guarantee to deliver in requested period. A confirmation email will be made after order is completed, you may also request customer service for changing the delivery date if you are not available.

If no elevator service is available for premises, an additional delivery fee of will be charged.

(HK$10 per floor each time)

Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.

Delivery service charges do not include parking fees, entrance fees, registration fees, etc. These fees must be paid by the customer in cash.

Shopping at Stores

Our stores are distributed on Hong Kong Island, at Kowloon and the New Territories. Customers are welcome to visit our Pet Line stores nearby.

Return and Exchange

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refund.

If the goods are requested to exchange or return, customer must keep the original invoice and goods, and contact us within 7 days after collection. Otherwise, no goods exchange or return can be arranged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customer is required to process goods exchange at Pet Line retail outlet.
