Respect your legal privacy when collecting, storing, using and transmitting your personal data. This statement will explain the company’s personal data privacy policy and practices. The company’s policies and practices may be revised from time to time, but the company will notify you in writing of any changes. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this statement, the Chinese version shall prevail.

(i) Send notifications about launching new products and other promotional offers;
(ii) Provide the latest information on marketing incentive schemes, birthday offers, free trials, digital promotion, roadshows/street stations and shop promotion; and
(iii) Notify you of the owner and/or operator of the company, department store, credit card company, bank, celebrity, magazine, television station, website or flight miles program, cultural, artistic or musical group/organization, charity or non-profit organization Joint promotion or activity.

3 – Use and transfer of personal data

Your personal data can be used for the following purposes:

b. Promotion of goods and/or services related to goods and services;

4 – Direct sales

Upon receipt of your consent, the Company may from time to time receive direct marketing calls, emails and/or emails from the Company/Company’s associates and/or business partners. If you do not want the Company to use your personal data to conduct the above direct sales at any time, you may notify the Company of your intention to exercise “no rights”. 5 – Save Personal Data

In accordance with the Company’s policy, the Company will keep a record of all transactions with the Company during the course of its business operations for a reasonable period of time for inspection and verification.

6 – Access to Personal Information

a. 閣下可填妥本公司的會員申請表格可於Pet Line商店索取/電郵 info@petline.com本公司的客戶服務主任,要求查閱閣下的個人資料。

b. 根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》(《私隱條例》)第19(1) 條的規定,本公司將於收到閣下要求起計40日內回覆閣下。

c. 根據《私隱條例》第28條,本公司可就遵從閣下查閱資料的要求而收取合理費用。假如閣下只是確定閣下的個人資料及/或作出合理更正,本公司可豁免有關收費。

7 – Correcting Personal Information

You have the right to ask the company to correct or update the personal data you provide to us. To do this, you must submit a request in writing, together with the correct information, to the Customer Service Officer of the company at info@petline.com.hk. Pursuant to Section 23 of the Privacy Ordinance, the Company will correct your personal data within 40 days of receiving your request without charge.

8 – Data Security

All personal data provided by you will be stored in our customer service system and will only be accessible to authorized personnel.
