Delivery Service
Delivery Service (Online Shopping)
Customers can enjoy free delivery service for any orders with spending of $480 or above ( not available for the Outlying Islands and areas that vans are restricted to access, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O) . Delivery charge applies on orders less than $480. The free delivery service only includes a one-time delivery. If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or unable to locate the recipient, the customer will be responsible for paying re-delivery costs .
Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.
All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Pet Line reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products requested are unavailable.
Delivery cut-off time: Weekdays 16:00
Delivery Schedule
There are two delivery periods as option, they are 12:00-17:00 and 18:00-22:00. Except above period, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot guarantee to deliver in requested period. A confirmation email will be made after order is completed, you may also request customer service for changing the delivery date if you are not available.

Shopping at Stores
Our stores are distributed on Hong Kong Island, at Kowloon and the New Territories. Customers are welcome to visit our Pet Line stores nearby.
Return and Exchange
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refund.
If the goods are requested to exchange or return, customer must keep the original invoice and goods, and contact us within 7 days after collection. Otherwise, no goods exchange or return can be arranged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customer is required to process goods exchange at Pet Line retail outlet.
Member Login
Anyone who is interested in using our online services is welcome to join our FREE membership. Please go to the Register page and complete the online application form for becoming our new member. Once your information is verified, a password will be sent to your email account, and you can enjoy our online shopping!

There are no special offers for free membership members. However, by spending $1000 or above in any single purchase, you are invited to become our permanent VIP member (No Annual Fee Applied). VIP members enjoy special discounts include 10% off and 5% off on selected products. If you have already been our permanent VIP member, you can enjoy our VIP offers by simply logging in at ‘Login’ page with your email and password.
