Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are binding on all members of Pet Line. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying for Membership. By using the site or applying for Membership, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them (including any subordinate legislation made under the relevant statute or statutory provision).

Membership:

＊ You are required to register before placing any order. Pet Line has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever.

＊ You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information. Pet Line will not accept any incomplete or inaccurate application.

＊ You must safeguard your username and password. You authorize us to assume that any person using the site with your username and password is either you or is authorized to act for you. We will not be responsible for any unauthorised access to your Member’s Account due to your failure to keep your password secure.

＊ You may not select a Username or Password that violates any person’s rights or one that in our opinion is offensive, improper or inappropriate. If you do, we can modify or delete it.

＊ Pet Line may, at any time and from time to time, at its absolute discretion, without notice, make any amendments to these Disclaimers & Terms of Use and the amended version of these Disclaimers & Terms of Use shall be effective immediately upon the posting of it on the Websites. The amended version of Disclaimers & Terms of Use are binding on all members of Pet Line.

＊ Pet Line has the right, if it considers reasonable or appropriate, to terminate or suspend your Membership at any time. These cases may include your failure to perform your obligations under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise in relation to your Membership, or your conduct, behaviour or inaction having actual or potential adverse effect on Pet Line or being or is likely to be prejudicial to the interests of Pet Line. Pet Line will not be responsible for any obligation, claim, payment or compensation.

＊ Pet Line may, at its absolute discretion, terminate or suspend this service or its any part without prior notice. Your Membership Benefits and the Membership Benefits of the affected Members will be terminated. In the event that any termination or suspension made under this Clause, all Points and related entitlements (both current and unused) will be cancelled without compensation.

＊ Membership does not give a Member any voting or other right relating to the constitution, operation or management of Pet Line or any assets or properties of Pet Line.

＊ Scheduled delivery date and time will be confirmed by email.

＊ Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and not available for the Outlying Islands.

＊ If no elevator service is available for premises, an additional delivery fee of will be charged. (1st to 3rd floor: HK$10 per floor; 4th floor or above: HK$20) Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.

＊ All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Pet Line reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products requested are unavailable.

＊ Order will be dispatched as soon as possible. The earliest delivery time would be the second day, or the latest within 14 days.
If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of the Company or not.

＊ Customers are required to bear the 5% Paypal processing fee of a refund on behalf of VISA or MasterCard.

＊ Delivery service will be suspended when there is public holiday, the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.

＊ We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.

＊ If any dispute arises, the Company’s determination shall be final.

Membership Benefits:

＊ Pet Line will send membership news and newsletters via email.

＊ All members are required to provided updated email address for confirmation. Pet Line is not responsible for any loss as a result of a member’s failure to notify us of any change of e-mail address.

＊ Not every member will be eligible to participate in all promotions and Pet Line may from time to time impose other limitations on member’s participation in any promotion. Member taking part in any promotion shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions which may be imposed by Pet Line in relation to such promotion.
